At Array of Whimsy, each piece is thoughtfully made to order with care and intention. Your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.

We’re a small, home-based business, so email is the best way to get in touch. We’ll always do our best to respond promptly.

Cancellations & Change of Mind

As all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds once production has begun.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help if production hasn’t started yet.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Images showing any protective film still in place

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved, as this may affect eligibility for a replacement.

Damage After Installation

Our pieces are designed to last and be enjoyed for years, however they are delicate and should be handled with care.

We are unable to replace items that are damaged due to:

  • Falls
  • Incorrect installation
  • Rough handling

We recommend using high-quality mounting products such as 3M mounting strips or appropriate wall fixtures.
