Shipping & Orders
At Array of Whimsy, each piece is made to order with care. Below you’ll find information on production times, shipping, and what to expect once you place your order.
Production Time
All items are made to order.
Standard production time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on order volume and the item selected.
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and other busy seasons), production times may be slightly longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Timeframes
Please note: Shipping timeframes below do not include production time.
Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)
- Regional areas: 8–10 business days
New Zealand
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days (may vary due to customs or processing delays)
Rest of the World
Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside of our control.
Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders within Australia and International include tracking.
We use a combination of Australia Post and trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. The most suitable shipping method will be selected based on your location.
For PO Boxes and remote areas, Australia Post will be used.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Priority & Express Options
At checkout, you can select from the following options:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
- Priority Production + Express Shipping
Priority Production means your order will be brought forward in our production queue and shipped via express delivery.
Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or not being collected, a re-delivery fee will apply.
We recommend double-checking your address at checkout and monitoring your tracking to avoid delays.
Refunds are not provided for orders returned due to non-delivery.
Special Occasion Orders
If your order is for a specific date or event, please contact us before placing your order.
While we will always do our best to meet your timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellations
As all items are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to offer a store credit.
In some cases, a small cancellation or administrative fee may apply.
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
Additional Notes
Each piece is carefully designed, created, and finished in our Dubbo studio.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.
